Training

1. Commitment to Equity in Employment and Training Initiatives

At Topmarke Global, we recognize the importance of applying an equity lens in all our programs, especially in supporting individuals who are often underserved and marginalized. Our initiatives are designed to meet the needs of those facing barriers to employment, including individuals with prior involvement in the criminal justice system, racialized and Indigenous communities, and persons with disabilities. This approach is not only vital for fostering inclusivity but also plays a significant role in our scoring and evaluation processes.

We provide essential immigration law services that empower newcomers to navigate immigration regulations effectively. By enabling them to qualify for employment through programs like the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) and Express Entry, we ensure that our training initiatives equip these individuals with the crucial skills and certifications needed to thrive in the Canadian labor market. We prioritize supporting racialized and Indigenous newcomers, ensuring they have equitable access to opportunities.

We streamline the recognition of international qualifications, allowing skilled immigrants to integrate into the workforce more effectively. Our programs offer tailored training aligned with Canadian standards, specifically designed for those from marginalized backgrounds. By enhancing the economic contributions of these professionals, we actively address disparities in employment opportunities.

Understanding immigration laws is crucial for employers hiring newcomers, particularly those from underserved communities. Our educational programs not only help employers comply with regulations but also empower employees with knowledge about their rights. This dual approach promotes fair hiring practices and minimizes legal risks, especially for those who may face discrimination in the workplace.

Our training programs are strategically focused on sectors experiencing critical labor shortages, such as healthcare, construction, and technology. By aligning our initiatives with national and provincial economic demands, we equip immigrants with the skills needed for in-demand positions. Special attention is given to racialized individuals and those with disabilities to ensure they can participate fully in these growing sectors.

We educate immigrants on their labor rights, workplace safety, and legal protections under Canadian law, particularly targeting marginalized groups. This initiative is crucial for facilitating a smoother transition into the workforce and reducing the risk of exploitation, thereby promoting an inclusive work environment.

Through specialized training, we assist temporary foreign workers in enhancing their qualifications for permanent residency, our trainings are focused on language proficiency and skill certification. Our approach ensures that all individuals, regardless of their background, have the opportunity to achieve long-term stability in Canada.
